Sweetwater was a full home remodel managed by Vegas Remodels from initial planning through completion. The scope touched every level of the home — a formal living room, open-concept kitchen and dining, powder bath, and additional spaces throughout — each phase coordinated across trades with consistent oversight and attention to detail throughout.
The level of finish work required on this project was significant. The kitchen included a custom walnut cabinetry package, white marble island with farmhouse sink, plaster range hood, and an arched pantry niche finished in mother-of-pearl mosaic tile. From the formal living room built with plastered arched doorways and a black steel display cabinet to the powder bath finished with floral wallpaper, honed black stone countertop, and polished nickel fixtures, every element was executed to exact specification — from the ground up.
