Brian is a fourth-generation carpenter by trade with more than 25 years of construction experience and a career that spans a wide range of residential projects and markets.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, he also spent five years living and working in Chicago, where his experience included projects along historic Lake Shore Drive and within some of the city’s most established properties. That background gave him exposure to a diverse range of construction environments, architectural styles, and project demands.

Today, Brian brings that depth of experience to the field through close project oversight, practical problem-solving, and a strong understanding of how the work should be executed from start to finish. He stays connected to the details that affect quality, schedule, and the finished result, giving clients confidence that their project is being managed by someone with decades of hands-on construction experience.

Ryan brings nearly 20 years of construction experience, along with a background in accounting and operations management from the University of Oregon. That combination gives him a strong understanding of the financial and operational sides of a project.

He founded Vegas Remodels to set a higher standard for how a general contracting company should operate. Ryan was determined to build a business where craftsmanship, integrity, transparency, and respect for the client are reflected not only in the finished work, but throughout the entire experience. That vision continues to shape Vegas Remodels today.

Ryan is often the first face clients meet, helping define scope, review numbers, set expectations, and establish a clear path forward before construction begins. He remains involved with clients and the project team, keeping communication clear and each project aligned with the quality, care, and accountability that define Vegas Remodels.
