Rossa Peak was a full home remodel managed by Vegas Remodels from initial planning through completion. The scope touched every level of the home — a double-height great room, covered outdoor patio, primary suite, multiple bathroom builds, laundry room, and kitchen — each phase coordinated across trades with consistent oversight and attention to detail throughout.
The level of finish work required on this project was significant. The primary bathroom included a freestanding soaking tub set against full-height textured tile, a walnut vanity with a marble countertop, and a black steel-framed mirror spanning floor to ceiling. From the powder bath finished with brass fixtures and checkerboard tile to the laundry room built out with full-height walnut cabinetry, every element was executed to exact specification — from the ground up.
