The construction scope on Mystic Pines required close coordination across multiple trades and a high level of precision at every stage. Custom cabinetry installations, specialty tile work, and detailed finish carpentry were carried through the home with consistency — from the floor-to-ceiling kitchen build to the custom mudroom and hand-selected hardware installations throughout.

Tile work across the primary bathroom included a full terrazzo floor, large-format glazed wall tile, and a custom shower enclosure built to exact specification. The staircase featured a custom walnut vertical slat railing system built and installed on site. Every finish, every transition, and every detail was executed with the level of craftsmanship this home called for.
