Brook Bay was a full home remodel managed by Vegas Remodels across every major space in the home. The scope included a grand foyer with a double-height ceiling and custom oak staircase build, a full kitchen remodel with a plastered arched range hood and slate blue island, a built-out home bar, a travertine fireplace surround, a powder bath, and a primary bathroom — all coordinated across trades with consistent oversight from start to finish.

The level of detail on this project carried throughout. The kitchen hood was plastered and arched in place, with zellige tile set behind the arch and a slate blue island built with an integrated microwave drawer and brass hardware. The home bar was built with white shaker cabinetry, a wine rack, and an arched opening into the bar nook. The powder bath received a custom fluted oak vanity and wallpaper installation. The primary bathroom was built with a frameless glass shower enclosure, a freestanding soaking tub with a matte black wall-mount filler, a hexagon tile ceiling, marble flooring, and a custom fluted oak double vanity — the same standard of finish work carried through every detail of the space.

A full home remodel where the finish work held the same standard in every room — from the entryway to the primary suite.
