Ascent Point was a full home remodel covering every major space in the home and extending through to the backyard, executed to bring an organic modern vision to life with precision and consistency across every trade. Interior scope included a complete kitchen build with stone waterfall island and Wolf pro range, living room with Calacatta marble fireplace surround, home office with custom dark olive built-in shelving, primary suite, multiple bathroom builds, and a custom arched display room — all coordinated across trades with consistent oversight from start to finish.

The level of finish work carried through this project was significant across every room. The primary bathroom shower was built with multicolor zellige tile floor to ceiling, a Calacatta marble bench, and a custom brass shower system. The guest bath featured a plastered arched surround with a marble tub deck. A secondary shower was built with full zellige tile and a custom steel frame glass enclosure. Outdoors, the backyard was built out with a pool, steel pergola, artificial turf, and paver walkway, set against the Las Vegas mountain backdrop.
